Leonard has been working in the construction industry for 35 years. He has been a State of Florida licensed Certified General Contractor since 1982. His work includes both residential and commercial projects, as well as government projects. His extensive experience in Construction Project Management is a tremendous asset to J and M Contractors. Leonard is our Vice President of Commercial Construction and enjoys spending time with his wife and playing billiards.
